Currently we offer Taekwondo with Mr. Allan. Yoga with Haleigh Dunn and Fitness classes with Nickey Torrey.

Yoga is on Tuesdays @ 6 PM w/ Haleigh Dunn
Taekwondo is on Wednesdays @ 4:30  w/ Mr. Allan
Monday 5:30-6:30pm  Turbo Kick w/ Nickey Torrey
Wednesday  Pound 5:15-6pm and  6:15-7pm is Stretch and Strength class
Fridays @ 9am Boot Camp class
