Pound: High intensity, low impact cardio workout for everyone! We use Ripstix weighted drumsticks (provided), to create a high calorie burn up to 600 calories in a class and 15,000 strikes! The workout focuses on hearing the beat of the music and turning you into a heart pumping, sweaty rockstar!

Strong Nation: Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.



Bootcamp: Circuit training class that is truly programmed for all abilities, using all forms of training methods and equipment.
