Class Descriptions
Turbo Kick LIVE is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie blasting HIIT training and body-weight exercises, all set to the hottest remixes. You will leave every class dripping sweat and ready to conquer anything.
POUND is a full body jam session where instead of just listening to the music, you become the music in this exhilarating full body workout that combines cardio conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements, all while using our lightly weighted Ripstix!
Stretch and Strength class combines body weight exercises with full body stretches to create a low impact class that gives the benefits of sculpting, toning, core firming and flexibility.
